Day One is Fruit Day

You can eat all of the fruit you want with the exception of bananas. You should eat an abundance of melons!

Day Two is Veggie Day

Eat as many vegetables as you can fresh, raw, or cooked. Stay away from starchy vegetables such as corn, peas, and beans. BUT, you get one baked potato with a tablespoon of butter.

Day Three is Fruit and vegetable day!

Same as day one and two but no potatoes!

Day Four is Bananas and Dairy day

Eat as many as eight bananas and eight glasses of milk or yogurt.

Day Five is Fowl and Tomatoes Day

You can eat Chicken, Turkey, and tomatoes today! It is important to drink a glass of water for each tomato you eat. Eat as much as you would like.

Day 6 is Fowl and Veggies day

Do not worry! Eat as much as you would like. No potatoes though!

Day 7 is Magic Soup

4-5 large onions, chopped

2 Heads of Cabbage, chopped

2 Green Peppers, chopped

10 Celery Stalks, Diced

4 Large cans of tomatoes

4 Packs Lipton onion soup mix

Method:

Add the chopped vegetables into a pan and pour in the tomatoes. Add in enough water to cover the vegetables, boil for 10 minutes and add in the soup mix. Continue cooking until the vegetables are tender.
