- 8 ounces of chopped almonds
- 1 tablespoon of organic honey
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
- 2 cups of diced pineapple
- 1 cup of oats
- 1 cup of freshly squeezed pure orange juice
- 8 ounces of water
First, we cook the oats, for about 10 minutes and then we leave it to cool down. Add all of the ingredients in a blender along with the strained oats. Blend everything well until you get a homogenous mixture. If you think it’s too thick for you, add a little bit more water or orange juice.
Take this delicious and nutritious drink every day in the morning and in the afternoon, for a period of 15 days. You’ll soon notice that you’ll start walking freely because all the terrible pain in your joints has disappeared!
