Man-made chemicals can harm brain, and the worst thing is that we’re surrounded by toxins. Luckily, there is an easy way to avoid them.
Fluoride is added to public drinking water systems to prevent tooth decay, and this “rule” has the worst effect on brain in people who live in North America. The Fluoride Action Network released a study according to which fluoride is associated with a lower IQ. About 34 studies link fluoride to lower IQ in people, and many other studies suggest that fluoride affects learning and memory impairment, lead to fetal brain damage, and altered neurobehavioral function.
UNICEF sponsored a study according to which just 0.88 mg/l of fluoride affect IQ. This amount is added to drinking water systems in the US, and over 200 million Americans actually drink the toxin.
All you have to do is install a high-quality water filter, and you will no longer drink “fluoride-enriched” water.
- Heavy metals
Heavy meals can’t be easily removed, and they are added to vaccines, dental procedure, agricultural chemicals, industrial pollution, fish, chicken, etc.
Babies are most susceptible to traumatic brain damage caused by mercury. Their blood-brain barrier isn’t developed, and they receive vaccines every month after birth. Babies with defect in enzymes that control the neutralization of heavy metals, prenatal and early postnatal exposure to mercury, are more susceptible to neurological damage and autistic symptoms.
Robert Nash, M.D., explains that mercury causes autism, Alzheimer’s, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s, neurodevelopmental disease and other brain-related diseases.
Avoid flu shots, mercury fillings, and chemicals, and be more careful about your seafood delicacies.
