This syrup can help to reduce your waist and get rid of excess water from the body. The ingredients are good for vision, hearing and memory. The main ingredient is horseradish, which is rich in vitamin C, potassium, vitamins B1 and B6, iron, vitamin B2, magnesium and phosphorus.
125 grams of fresh horseradish
3 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 cm of ginger root
Mix the horseradish and ginger in a blender. Add a squeeze of lemon juice and mix in a blender for another 3 minutes. Add honey and cinnamon and continue stirring until everything is connected. Store the syrup in a glass jar. Take one tablespoon twice a day before meals or before exercising. Spend it for 3 weeks and a break of a few days.
